Processing your Order
Orders will ship within 1 - 3 business days. You will receive an email notification with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please NOTE that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays. If you order requires expedited processing, please contact us.
Exchange, Return & Refund Policy
We want you to LOVE every item you purchase! If for any reason you do not love your Primavera Andina purchase, please contact us!
Exchange or Return
Damages must be reported within 7 days of receiving merchandise or can not be returned.
You have 14 calendar days to exchange or return an item from the date you received it.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Each item is photographed at it's very best to display accurate colors, measurements and patterns. Please be aware that various computer and/or mobile devices may have different color display screens. Colors may vary due to photography equipment, lighting, computer monitor resolutions. Sizes and weights listed are approximates. Items with slight variances will not be considered damaged or defective, as some items are handmade and unique in color, pattern and texture.
All sale items and earrings are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Please contact us with your order number and reason for exchange or return. We will then provide you with mailing information. You have 7 days to contact us from the delivery date and 14 days to return your items from when it is delivered or it is a final sale.
To exchange or return any item, you are responsible for the shipping. If items meet our return policy criteria, you will be credited the purchase price. Refunds are issued back to the original method of payment.
Refunds
The customer is responsible for exchange or return shipping and are fully responsible for tracking. We are not responsible for items that are lost while in-transit to us.
We will refund the return total back to a customer, less the cost of shipping after receiving the item as long as the item(s) is unused and in undamaged condition to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 14 business days for Primavera Andina LLC to receive and process your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Primavera Andina is not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit.
Primavera Andina LLC reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange based on the condition of the item(s) being returned.
Shipping
Orders will ship within 1 - 3 business days and are mailed via USPS Shipping. You will receive an email notification with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Flat Rate Shipping is $4.99.
Please NOTE that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays. If you order requires expedited shipping, please contact us. Note an expedited shipping fee may apply.
Primavera Andina is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking information reports delivered to address. Please contact your local USPS for help on recovery of packages reported delivered via your tracking email.
If you are local to ORLANDO, FLORIDA and would like to pick up your order, please contact us with your order # to arrange a pick up. Once picked up, we will refund you the shipping flat fee. Please allow from 7 - 10 business days for Primavera Andina LLC to receive and process the shipping return.
Primavera Andina LLC reserves the right to update this or any of our policies at any given time. To stay current with our policies, always check back each time you access our site.
